Mission Statement

Beth Shalom Mission Statement - Acts 26:19-23, 2 Tim 2:1-7

Our mission is to return back to the ancient paths (Jeremiah 6:16) by being grafted into the Olive Tree of faith (Romans 11) and coming together as Jews and Non-Jews as the One New Man (Ephesians 2).

As a result, we are able to then proclaim the light of Torah to both the Jewish People and the Gentiles for the purpose of:

  1. Turning from their sins to G-d and then do deeds consistent with that repentance.

  2. Testifying to both small and great, saying nothing but what both the prophets and Moshe said would happen, that the Messiah would die, and that he, as the first to rise from the dead, would proclaim light to both the Jewish People and the Non-Jews.

  3. Trusting and empowering by Messiah’s grace and Holy Spirit to commit these things to faithful people so they will mature and be competent to teach others.

Plan of Action: To integrate the following:

  1. To disciple and equip those within our congregation.

  2. Share the Covenant plan, including salvation with others.

  3. To be a support for others in our community.  Support for our community is accomplished by making ourselves available for churches, ministries and community outreach.
