Please join us for our High Holy Day services. Days and times for each moed are listed below.
Yom teruah/rosh hashanah
Erev Yom Terruah/Rosh Hashana Service: Friday, September 11th at 6:30pm. Eat dinner before you come. Dessert Oneg right after service. Bring a dessert to share. Also, bring your shofar!
Service and Oneg to be held at Beth Shalom
Yom Terruah/Rosh Hashana Shabbat Service: Saturday, September 12th at 11:00am.
tashlich Service
Saturday, September 12th directly after Shabbat Service at Corbin Park, Post Falls
Oneg at the lake- Bring your own chairs and a dish to share.
Paper goods, lemonade and iced tea will be provided.
yom kippur
Kol Nidre Service - Sunday, September 20th at 6:00pm
Shabbat begins at sundown. Fast begins- no food, no drink.
No work permitted after sundown.
Traditionally, white clothing is worn.
Ne'ilah Service - Monday, September 21st at 5:30pm
Break the fast Oneg after service. Bring a dish to share.
Wearing white clothing is optional.
sukkot
Saturday, September 26th - Friday, October 2nd
Erev Chag HaSukkot/Singing in the Shabbat Worship Service:
Friday, September 25th at 6:00pm
Oneg before worship. Bring a dish to share.
NO Shabbat Service Saturday, September 26th
Sukkot Day 1, Saturday, September 26th is a Shabbat. No work permitted.
Information on host homes available at the synagogue.
